Forgot your password? Don’t worry, it happens to all of us! To reset your password, follow these steps:

1. Make sure you’re on the Zazzle sign in page by clicking ‘Sign In’ beside the image of the shopping cart on the top right of the Zazzle home page.

2. On the left, you’ll see fields to enter your email address and password along with a CAPTCHA. Underneath the ‘Sign in with email’ button, click the blue ‘Forgot your password?.’

3. This will lead you to a new page where you will be asked for either the email address you use for your Zazzle account or a username. Don’t worry if you don’t remember your username, you can leave this field blank. Click the ‘I’m not a robot’ box and follow the instructions before clicking ‘Continue’.

4. Now, you’ll need to log into that same account where you should receive an email from us within a few minutes. If you can’t find it, don’t forget to check your junk and spam folders where they sometimes end up.

5. In the email, there will be a link to reset your password. This is valid for 24 hours. If you don’t get a chance to reset it before then, you should repeat the above steps to get a new link emailed to you.

6. Now it’s time to choose a new password! Just remember that it must be between 6 and 20 characters long.  Once you’ve chosen your new password, click ‘Continue’. Congrats! Now you can log into your Zazzle account and start creating.
