    FREE 30-day Trial

    To sign up, register at checkout when you make your next purchase. This way you can take full advantage of your free month, and your membership will start right away. All you need is your credit card, but you will not be charged for your free trial. When your free trial ends, we'll enrol you in your first year of Zazzle Plus Standard membership for £19.95 annually. You can opt-out at any time during the free trial by visiting the Zazzle Plus programme management page in your account. 

    If you previously signed up for a free trial, you will be enrolled into the paid standard membership.

    What types of shipping do I get with Zazzle Plus & Zazzle Plus Premium?

    Zazzle Plus: For £19.95 annually*, you get free standard shipping with tracking to any location in the United Kingdom.

    Zazzle Plus Premium: For £59.00 annually*, you get free Expedited shipping (typically 2-4 days after manufacturing) with tracking to any qualifying address in the United Kingdom.

    *You will be automatically charged once a year, on the date you signed up, for your Zazzle Plus or Zazzle Plus Premium subscription.

    How do I start my free Zazzle Plus trial?

    Starting your free trial is easy!

    • Add an item to your cart and proceed to checkout
    • During checkout, select "Get FREE shipping now" next to the Zazzle Plus offer
    • Select "Start a FREE trial" to enjoy a free 30 days of Zazzle Plus!

    For Zazzle Plus, you will need your credit card, but you will not be charged for your free trial. When your free trial ends, we will enrol you in your first year of Zazzle Plus membership for £19.95 annually.

    If you do not wish to enrol in the Zazzle Plus programme upon completion of your free trial, you can opt out on the Zazzle Plus programme management page at any time prior to expiration of the free trial, and you will not be charged.

    Note: The free trial only applies to the Zazzle Plus shipping option. It does not apply to the Zazzle Plus Premium option.

    What happened to the Zazzle Plus free shipping programme?

    Zazzle Plus Standard has been replaced with Zazzle Plus while Zazzle Plus Premium has been replaced with Zazzle Plus Premium. You get the same great free shipping benefits with Zazzle Plus, in addition to the extra member perks mentioned below throughout the year.

    How much money will I save with my Zazzle Plus or Zazzle Plus Premium membership?

    Total savings varies by member but the more you shop on Zazzle, the more you save! **On average, Zazzle Plus members save £25 per year and Zazzle Plus Premium members save £100 annually on shipping costs. That does not include additional savings that members receive from exclusive deals or discounts they receive as part of both programmes.

    How will I get the £10 shopping credit after signing up for Zazzle Plus or Zazzle Plus Premium?

    After signing up for the Zazzle Plus free trial or Zazzle Plus Premium, you will receive an email with a one-time-use code that will take £10 off any eligible purchase when applied at checkout.

    What other benefits do I get as a Zazzle Plus or Zazzle Plus Premium member?

    In addition to unlimited free shipping on qualifying products, members will receive a £10 shopping credit via email after sign up. Members may also be eligible for monthly exclusives, such as special discounts, deals or promotions. Members subscribed to Zazzle emails and/or SMS messages will also receive an invitation for VIP early access to Black Friday, Cyber Monday and other major shopping events.

    What Zazzle products qualify for the Zazzle Plus programme?

    Free shipping through the Zazzle Plus membership programme is limited to items specified as "Sold by Zazzle" on that item's product page. To qualify, items must be shipped to United Kingdom addresses. At Zazzle's discretion, Zazzle may exclude certain products from the programme, including but not limited to oversized items, products fulfilled by third parties, or other products with special shipping characteristics.

    How does the automatic renewal work?

    Once you've enrolled in Zazzle Plus or Zazzle Plus Premium, your account is set up to automatically renew at the end of each year by charging the credit card you provided. To see your renewal date, change your credit card on file or disable automatic renewal, visit the Zazzle Plus programme management page in your account.

    Can I share my Zazzle Plus benefits?

    No. Zazzle Plus programme benefits cannot be shared across multiple accounts.

    What happens if I get charged for shipping?

    If you believe that you were erroneously charged for shipping, please contact Zazzle Customer Support with your shipping and order information, and we'll work quickly to resolve the issue!

    Can I turn off automatic renewal?

    Absolutely. Visit the Zazzle Plus programme management page in My Account and click the "do not renew" check box. This will allow you to have Zazzle Plus for the remainder of your annual membership but will not charge you for the next renewal cycle.

    How do I cancel my account?

    To cancel your Zazzle Plus programme membership, visit the Zazzle Plus programme management page in My Account and click the "do not renew" button. Your membership will no longer auto-renew, but you will continue to enjoy benefits through the term of your membership. We do not offer refunds for cancelling the Zazzle Plus programme prior to the end of the current term.

    Does Zazzle Plus work on shipments to other countries?

    No. The Zazzle Plus programme benefits are only available for shipments to the United Kingdom.

    I'm a reseller; can I use Zazzle Plus to ship my packages?

    The Zazzle Plus programme is intended to be a personal shipping programme. The Zazzle Plus programme may not be used to distribute products for resale or to be used to ship products to your customers or potential customers. Zazzle reserves the right, in Zazzle’s sole discretion, to terminate membership in the Zazzle Plus programme and/or terminate the Zazzle account for any accounts that Zazzle determines has violated this policy. In such a case, Zazzle will not be required to refund any portion of the membership fee and will be entitled to recover shipping charges for orders that violated this policy.

    Can I enrol into the Zazzle Plus programme using a Zazzle Gift Card?

    No. You may only enrol in the Zazzle Plus programme using a valid credit card or PayPal account.
