On Zazzle, your product is not just picked, packed and shipped. Every item we produce is custom-made with care – we make it when your order it. Some products are produced within 24 hours, but others may take a couple of days. Most of our products are made in and shipped from makers in the USA.

So your order may take a little while to arrive, but it is truly made for you. 


Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

Zazzle offers three shipping options, depending on how quickly you need your product – Slow (no tracking), Standard (with tracking) and Expedited (with tracking). *

Delivery timeframes for each option vary according to the destination. Please refer to the estimates below for the country you are shipping to, and remember to order on the local domain. You can review shipping prices at checkout before placing your order. ** 

* All three shipping options are available for most of our products. A few products can only be shipped with Expedited shipping. For example, leggings, dartboards, watches and journals.

** All import taxes and other duties are taken care of by us.


Delivery to the UK and EU:

The estimates below refer to deliveries to the United Kingdom. Orders shipping to other EU countries, without a specific Zazzle domain such as the Republic of Ireland or Italy, should also be placed on the website but may take a couple of extra days to arrive.

Tracking Your Order

If you select Standard or Expedited shipping, you should be able to track your order.

To track an order through your Zazzle account, login and visit your Order Status Page to locate your tracking number. This can take up to 4 days to become available.

Also, please note that your tracking number may not become active on a courier's website until after the package has been picked up and scanned at the courier’s main sorting facility. In the meantime, your number may appear ‘inactive’ or ‘invalid’. If so, please check again in a day or so.


 Experiencing a Shipping Delay?

If you feel your order has been delayed, please refer to your Order Status Page to see when your package was shipped. This is the date when it was ready to leave our production facility. Alongside
the Shipping Estimates above, you can then work out when your package was due to reach you.

Please note the following:

  • If your order was ready to ship outside of standard business hours or on a weekend, then it will not be picked up by the courier until the following business day.
  • Zazzle and its couriers consider business days to be Monday to Friday, not including bank holidays.
  • Zazzle and its couriers consider the official ‘first day in transit’ to be the business day after the pick-up of the package. 
  • Other service interruptions, such as adverse weather or postal strikes, may also delay your shipment.
