What should I do if my Coupon / Promotional code doesn't work?
If you have tried to apply your coupon or promotional code, but are not seeing the discount reflected, please take the following steps:1. Check the fine print of the promotional details (legal copy) for any product exclusions or exceptions that may have stopped the code from being applied. Quite often a promotion will only apply to certain products or styles.
2. Make sure that you code you are applying is relevant to your local domain (.co.uk, .ca, .com.au, etc...) as specified in the promotional details. Promotions and Coupons are almost always specific to certain domains.
3. Zazzle's promotional offerings may not be combined with any other Zazzle promotion or discount offers (including the automatically applied bulk discounts).
Our system is designed to automatically detect and apply the best of any promotions accessed through the shopping cart during checkout. As a result, Zazzle promotions are not stackable. If the cart detects that the bulk discount is significantly better than what the promotional code offers, it will apply the bulk discount, and vice versa.
Some special notes about shipping promotions:
- Shipping discount promotions are designed to reduce the price of the offered shipping service. You must have the specific shipping method selected at the checkout to take advantage of the promotion. For example: A promotional code for 25% off Express Shipping will only apply if you have the Express shipping method selected in the checkout.
- Free Shipping Promotions offer a designated shipping service for free. You must have the specific shipping method selected at the checkout to take advantage of the promotion. For example: A promotional code for Free Standard Shipping will only apply if you have the Standard shipping method selected in the checkout.
- In both cases noted above, the discounted service is not always selected automatically for you. You must select the applicable shipping service for each shipment on your order.
- If the shipping service in question does not appear as a selectable option, then that service is not available for the shipment based on the restrictions of the promotion (See #5) and/or the shipping service is unavailable on the Zazzle domain you are ordering through or the product types you've chosen to order.
- Nearly all Zazzle shipping promotions are subject to restrictions based on expiry, domain, product type and/or quantites ordered. See your specific promotion's legal copies for details.
