Order Statuses Explained

Order Status & Tracking:

To track an existing order, please log into your Zazzle account and review your Order History.

Order Status Descriptions:

In your Order History you will be able to view the progress of your made to order items. Use the guide below to understand the different stages of production: 

  1. Payment Verification: We are processing your payment.
  2. Processing Order: We are in the process of reviewing your product to ensure that it meets our content guidelines and quality/design standards and then we will begin making your product/s.
  3. Making: We are in the process of manufacturing your made-to-order custom products.
  4. Shipped: We have queued your order for shipment. In the case of traceable packages, a tracking number is issued at this point. Please keep in mind that if your order was queued for shipment after standard shipping times (6PM PST) or on a weekend, then it will not be in transit until the following business day.
  5. Delivered: Your package was delivered.
  6. Cancelled: Your order has been formally cancelled within our system. If you are unsure why your order has been cancelled, please contact Customer Support.
  7. Returned: Your items were returned.
