What if I want to ship with my own services and not use the shipping labels you provide?

We provide pre-paid automatically generated shipping labels that must be used when shipping each individual order you receive. These labels have a tracking number attached that automatically notifies customers for tracking their order.

At this time, we do not support external shipping systems and the labels generated by them. If you have shipped out an order using your own postage and shipping accounts, we will, unfortunately, not be able to reimburse you.
