My order needs to be put in multiple packages but I only have one shipping label. What do I do?

Sometimes customers can place larger orders that require multiple boxes to ship your product securely and efficiently. In this scenario, you’ll need a second shipping label. To get any additional labels, simply click the ‘Print Label’ option again in order to retrieve the additional label for each additional package. You can do this for as many packages as are required to ship the order.

If there are any issues printing shipping labels or they don’t meet your needs, please reach out to us and we can help create the labels. Also, if you email the package ID to Maker Support, we can review the shipping settings associated with your products and can ensure the settings accurately reflect the best way those products should ship.
