    To sign up, register at checkout when you make your next purchase. This way you can take full advantage of your free 30 days, and your membership will start right away. All you need is your credit card, but you will not be charged for your free trial. When your free trial ends, we'll enroll you in your first year of Zazzle Plus Standard membership for $19.95 annually. You can opt-out at any time during the free trial by visiting the Zazzle Plus program management page in your account. 

     

    If you’ve previously completed a free Zazzle Plus trial, you will be automatically enrolled into the Zazzle Plus program next time you select “Start Free Trial” on the Zazzle Plus page.

    What types of shipping do I get with Zazzle Plus?

    For $19.95 annually, you get free standard shipping with tracking to any location in the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii. For $49.95 annually, you get free 2-4 days shipping with tracking to any qualifying address in the U.S. (excluding its territories) and free standard shipping to any address in the U.S (excluding its territories). Note: Premium shipping is even faster than Zazzle’s premium shipping.

    How do I start my free trial?

    Starting your free trial is easy!

    1. Add an item to your cart and proceed to checkout
    2. During checkout, select "Get FREE shipping now" next to the Zazzle Plus offer
    3. Select "Start a FREE trial" to enjoy a free 30 days of Zazzle Plus!

    You will need your credit card, but you will not be charged for your free trial. When your free trial ends, we will enroll you in your first year of Zazzle Plus Standard membership for $19.95 annually. If you do not wish to enroll in the Zazzle Plus program after your free trial, you can let us know by opting out on your Zazzle Plus program management page at any time prior to the expiration of the free trial, and you will not be charged. Note the free trial only applies to the standard shipping option, not the Premium option.

    If I sign up for Zazzle Plus Premium after Zazzle Plus Standard do I get a discount?

    Absolutely! If you're already a Zazzle Plus Standard member, you will receive a $19.95 discount on your first year of Zazzle Plus Premium at any time prior to the expiration of your membership.

    What addresses are eligible for Zazzle Plus shipping?

    Free standard shipping can be used for addresses in the continental U.S., PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses with U.S. zip codes, Alaska, and Hawaii. Free 2-4 days shipping can be used for addresses in the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii. Free 2-4 days shipping does not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

    What Zazzle products qualify for the Zazzle Plus program?

    Free shipping through the Zazzle Plus membership program is limited to items specified as "Sold by Zazzle" on that item's product page. To qualify, items must be shipped to United States addresses. At Zazzle's discretion, Zazzle may exclude certain products from the program, including oversized items, products fulfilled by third parties, or other products with special shipping characteristics.

    How does the automatic renewal work?

    Once you've enrolled in Zazzle Plus, your account is set up to automatically renew at the end of each year by charging the credit card you provided. To see your renewal date, change your credit card on file, or disable automatic renewal visit the Zazzle Plus program management in your account.

    Can I share my Zazzle Plus benefits?

    At this time, you cannot share your Zazzle Plus program benefits across multiple accounts.

    What happens if I get charged for shipping?

    If you believe that you were erroneously charged for shipping, please contact Zazzle Customer Support with your shipping and order information, and we'll work quickly to resolve the issue!

    Can I turn off automatic renewal?

    Absolutely. Go to My Account and click on Zazzle Plus Settings. This will take you to your Zazzle Plus management page where you can click the "Do not auto renew" button. You will have Zazzle Plus for the remainder of your annual membership but will not be charged for the next renewal cycle.

    How do I cancel my account?

    To cancel your Zazzle Plus membership, go to My Account and click on Zazzle Plus Settings. This will take you to your Zazzle Plus management page where you can click the "Do not auto renew" button. Your membership will no longer auto-renew, but you will continue to enjoy benefits through the term of your membership. We do not offer refunds for canceling the Zazzle Plus program prior to the end of the current term.

    Does Zazzle-Plus work on international shipments?

    No. At this time the Zazzle Plus program benefits do not include international shipments.

    I'm a reseller; can I use Zazzle Plus to ship my packages?

    The Zazzle Plus program is intended to be a personal shipping program. The Zazzle Plus program may not be used to distribute products for resale or to be used to ship products to your customers or potential customers. Zazzle reserves the right to terminate membership in the Zazzle Plus program for any accounts that Zazzle determines has violated this policy. In such a case, Zazzle will not be required to refund any portion of the membership fee and will be entitled to recover shipping charges for orders that violated this policy.

    Can I enroll in the Zazzle Plus program using a Zazzle Gift Card?

    No. You may only enroll in the Zazzle Plus program using a valid credit card or Paypal account.
