    Deleting My Zazzle Account

    How to Delete Your Zazzle Account
    To delete your Zazzle account, contact Customer Care with your username and the email address associated with your account. This will initiate the account deletion process.

    What Happens After You Request Account Deletion?

    • We will ensure any outstanding Payable Earnings are paid, if applicable.
    • A member of our Support Team will:
      • Disable your account.
      • Remove all products (both public and private).
      • Close your store(s), if applicable.
    • Your account will be fully deleted when the system processes the next batch of account removals.

    Can I Delete a Store Without Deleting My Account?

    Yes, you can delete a store within your account by following these steps:

    1. Delete all products and collections from the store.
    2. Go to the Stores tab: (https://www.zazzle.com/mbr/“YOURMEMBERID”/stores)
    3. Click the trash can icon located in the top-left corner of the store tile.

    If you receive an error message when trying to delete your store, please contact Customer Care for assistance.
