I've sold and shipped items but haven't gotten paid. What's going on?

More often than not, the payment information in your Maker Account section potentially contains a mismatch, and as a result, Zazzle is unable to validate your recent payment.

When you have a moment, please log in to your Maker Dashboard.

Once logged in select the “Account” tab (left navigation) then click on the “Payment” tab. Please ensure that all of your information under the payment and maker info sections are current and accurate and click "Save Changes". More specifically, if you are are doing business as an individual, please ensure that you are providing an SSN as opposed to an EIN if you are a corporation.
