I’ve sold and shipped items but why haven’t I gotten paid?

Payments are processed as checks and mailed out bi-monthly. The two payment periods used for calculating your sales are based on shipped items during the 1st to the 15th of the month and the 16th to the end of the month. You will be paid based on the shipped items within each payment period. If you are not receiving payment, it is likely that there are incomplete payment details on your Maker Account. If that is the case, Zazzle will be unable to validate the payment so it will be placed on hold until it can be adjusted or confirmed.

Please access your Maker Dashboard to review your payment settings. Please ensure that all of your information and details here are valid, current and accurate. Make sure that you are providing an SSN if you are doing business as an individual and an EIN if you are doing business as a corporation. Click ‘Save Changes’ when you are done. Once your details are correct, you will begin to receive payments.
