Personalizing a design
For most designs, the quickest way is to fill in the designer's text and photo fields.
- On the product page, tap Personalize this design.
- Replace the text in each box with your own. Tap Change image to swap in your photo.
- Tap Next to move to the next side, then to your product options and the review page.
- To jump to a side, tap the side name at the top (for example, Front).
Opening the Design Tool
Use the full Design Tool to move things around, add text or photos, or change fonts and colors.
- From the personalize screen: scroll down and tap Edit using Design Tool.
- Blank or Create Your Own product: tap Add your design on the product page.

Photo selected: quick buttons appear above the photo for Change, Remove BG, and Crop.
Locked items
Designers sometimes lock items so they don't move by accident. To unlock one:
- Tap Layers in the bottom toolbar.
- Tap the item, then tap its lock icon.
If an item is grayed out and the lock can't be tapped, the designer has turned off changes to it. Contact the designer through chat for help.
Guidelines
- Bleed line (gray dotted line) – extend backgrounds to this line so no white edges show after trimming.
- Visible area (gray solid line) – what will show on the finished product.
- Safe area (green dashed line) – keep important text and photos inside this line.
