Who handles customer service for my Zazzle orders?

In the alpha phase of the Maker program, Zazzle is handling all customer service for your products. 

If a customer has a question, they should email or call Zazzle's Customer Support team where we can address any questions they might have.  Or we can act as the go-between if the customer has a question that only you can answer.

If a customer emails you, the Maker, directly, please forward any concerns you are unable to address on to Maker Support and we can address any further concerns.
