I received some confusing instructions from a customer. What should I do?

For clarification on any order you will need to contact Maker Support via email at makersupport@zazzle.com. In order to assist you, please provide the Order ID and what aspects of the customer’s order you need clarification on.

Once this is resolved, we would suggest reviewing and updating your product so that future confusion will not occur. If you need assistance in updating a Customizer, please contact Maker Support with the Customizer name(s) and the update that you would like to make. We will help you get it sorted out.
