My shipping label won’t print properly. What do I do?

In order to assist you, please provide the package ID number along with a detailed description of the error you are encountering. Additionally, let us know the shipping dimensions and weight so that we can double check the settings attached to that Customizer. We’ll investigate this for you and get this resolved promptly.
