Do you have a link generator for the Create-A-Product API?

Yes! In fact, there are two different types of links you can create with the link creation tool: single product links and multiple product links. You’ll find both options once you log in to your account.

If that page isn’t displaying for you yet, you’ll need to be enrolled in the Ambassador Program to use the API and the link creation tool.

Here are the steps for creating links using our link creation tool.

    • Single Product Link. In our tool, this is called a Template Link. Here are the steps.
    1. Simply enter the 18-digit number found in the URL of the product template you've already created.
    2. In the image field, paste the URL of the image you want to transfer to your product template.
    3. If your template has text fields that you want the user to fill in, check the “Allow personalization” option.
    4. Adding tracking is optional. If you have multiple traffic sources, you can create a unique link for each and compare results. Similarly, if you have multiple content sources or user images, you can create unique links for each one.
    5. Click “Test Link Now” to make sure it works correctly. Once confirmed, copy the link shown at the bottom and place it wherever you need it.
    • Multiple Product Link. In our tool, this is called a Template Buffet.
    1. Choose the store where your templates are located and select the store category that contains them.
    2. On the right side, you’ll see placeholder values appear. For images, paste the image URL you want to transfer to your product templates. The same goes for text. If each one is unique to your users, insert placeholders to see which Template Buffet parameters you’ll need to complete when sending traffic.
    3. If your templates have text fields that you want the user to fill in, check the “Allow personalization” option.
    4. Adding tracking is optional. If you have multiple traffic sources, you can create a unique link for each and compare results. Similarly, if you have multiple content sources or user images, you can create unique links for each one.
    5. Click “Preview” in a new window to make sure it works correctly. Once confirmed, copy the link shown at the bottom and place it wherever you need it.

TIP: Make sure all your templates are created and placed in a single template category folder for the Template Buffet to work correctly.
