We’re excited you’re considering Zazzle for your upcoming event! Because of COVID-19, we know that many people have had to make changes or cancel the celebrations they’ve planned. We want you to plan your event while shopping with confidence, so we’ve created Zazzle’s Flexible Event Policy. If you buy your invites or announcements by May 31st, 2020, and if your event’s date or venue changes anytime on or after March 12th, the policy allows you to reprint your items for free. (If you need to cancel your event altogether, we’ll issue you an account credit.) We want your special event to happen flawlessly and, as always, our usual 100% satisfaction guarantee is in place for your peace of mind.

Am I able to reprint my items with the new dates or a different venue even after I’ve received the items?
Yes, absolutely. Just reach out to our Customer Care team to make it happen.
What Zazzle products qualify for the Flexible Event Policy?
We’re focused on your invitation and announcement card needs for this policy. If you’re not sure if your order qualifies, just reach out to us before completing your purchase and we are happy to confirm for you.
Do I have to provide any proof in order to qualify for the Flexible Event Policy
We trust our amazing customers and appreciate your trust in us. No need for proof- just contact us and we’ll take it from there.
Is there a time limit/time restrictions for my event to qualify?
We’re happy to make this available for you starting from March 12th, 2020 onwards. But hurry, you need to buy your invites or announcements by May 31st, 2020 on or before midnight PT to qualify. Under this policy, if your event’s date or venue changes anytime on or after March 12th, you can have your items reprinted for free. (If you need to cancel your event altogether, we’ll issue you an account credit.)
What if my event is canceled?
We are happy to provide you with an account credit for a canceled event.
If you have requested an account credit, be advised that the returned funds will be available in your Zazzle account within 1 business day. This credit, once available, may be used to make a purchase on Zazzle within 1 year from the date issued.
