    Deleting Stores and Products

     

    To delete a store on Zazzle, you must first delete all products from that store. If you wish to delete products or your store follow the sections below.

    How to delete products from a store?

    To delete all of the products contained in a particular store, follow these steps:


    1)    Sign into your Zazzle account.

    2)    Click on the icon (My Account) in the top right hand corner of the screen, to the left of the shopping cart. On a mobile device (mobile web version of the site. These options are not available on the Zazzle app just yet), this will be located in the top-left menu, opened by pressing the three horizontal lines

    3)    In your account, click on the ‘My Stores’ or ‘Manage my stores’ link. This page will default to show your public stores. If not you can change the filter under “show” to “All Stores” as shown below. 

    4)    Click on the store that you wish to delete products

    5)    Under the ‘Products’ tab, locate the ‘Show’ drop-down menu and select ‘204’ (the maximum)

    6)

       a)   On the same page, choose ‘Select all non-discontinued products’ from the ‘Bulk Actions’ drop-down menu. You should see a checkmark appear under each product displayed

      b)   With all of the products selected, select ‘Delete’ from the ‘Actions’ drop-down next to ‘Bulk Actions’

    7)
      a)   On the same page, choose ‘Select all discontinued products’ from the ‘Bulk Actions’ drop-down menu. You should see a checkmark appear under each product displayed

      b)   With all of the products selected, select ‘Delete’ from the ‘Actions’ drop-down next to ‘Bulk Actions’

    8)    If you have only one page worth of products, you are all done. If you have multiple pages of products, you will need to repeat steps 5-7 for each additional page.

     

    If you wish to hide products instead of deleting them from the Zazzle marketplace, you can do so by following the steps above and selecting ‘Make hidden’ instead of ‘Delete’, if your products are hidden but you would still like customers to be able to purchase through a direct link, please see our Product Visibility article. Please note that if you hide products instead of deleting them, this will mean you cannot delete your store. 

    Deleting your store:

    To delete one of your stores, follow these steps:


    1)    Sign into your Zazzle account

    2)    Click on the icon (My Account) in the top right-hand corner of the screen, to the left of the shopping cart. On a mobile device (not available in app, Mobile web only), this will be located in the top-left menu, opened by pressing the three horizontal lines

    3)    In your account, click on the ‘My Stores’ or ‘Manage my stores’ link. This page will default to show your public stores

    4)    Here you will see your stores and a trash can icon on the top right of your stores. Click on the trash can icon for the store you wish to delete.

    5)

       a)   If you have followed the steps to delete your products, then you should receive a confirmation pop-up stating that this cannot be undone and asking you to confirm that you wish to delete your store.

       b)   If you have not deleted the products from the store you wish to delete, then you will receive a message informing you of products in that store and will be given the option to manage those products or to cancel your request to delete the store.

    Can I bring back my store after deletion?

    Unfortunately, once you have deleted your store, this cannot be undone so we advise considering this before deleting.

    All my products appear to be deleted, but I still can’t delete my store. What should I do?
