    Deleting Stores and Products

    How to Delete a Store on Zazzle
    To delete a store on Zazzle, you must first delete all products within that store. Follow the sections below to delete products or your store.


    How to Delete Products from a Store

    To delete all products in a specific store, follow these steps:

    1. Sign in to your Zazzle account.
    2. Click the My Account icon in the top-right corner of the screen (next to the shopping cart).
      • On a mobile device (mobile web version only—this feature is not available in the Zazzle app), click the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-left corner.
    3. In your account, click My Stores or Manage My Stores.
      • By default, this page shows your public stores. To see all stores, adjust the filter under Show to All Stores.
    4. Click on the store where you want to delete products.
    5. Under the Products tab, use the Show drop-down menu to select 204 (the maximum number of products per page).
    6. From the Bulk Actions drop-down menu, choose Select all non-discontinued products. Checkmarks will appear under each product displayed.
    7. With all products selected, choose Delete from the Actions drop-down menu.
    8. Repeat Steps 6-7, this time selecting Select all discontinued products from the Bulk Actions menu.
    9. If you have multiple pages of products, repeat Steps 5-8 for each additional page.

    How to Hide Products from a Store

    If you prefer to hide products rather than delete them from the Zazzle marketplace, follow the steps above but select Make Hidden instead of Delete. Hidden products remain accessible via direct links. For more details, refer to our Product Visibility article.

    Note: If you hide products instead of deleting them, you will not be able to delete your store.


    How to Delete Your Store

    To delete a store, follow these steps:

    1. Sign in to your Zazzle account.
    2. Click the My Account icon in the top-right corner of the screen (next to the shopping cart).
      • On a mobile device (mobile web version only—this feature is not available in the Zazzle app), click the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-left corner.
    3. In your account, click My Stores or Manage My Stores.
    4. Locate the store you wish to delete. Click the trash can icon located in the top-right corner of the store's panel.
    5. You will see one of the following messages:
      • If all products have been deleted: A confirmation pop-up will appear, stating that the deletion cannot be undone. Click Confirm to proceed.
      • If products are still present: You will receive a message informing you of the remaining products, with options to Manage Products or Cancel the deletion request.

    Can I Restore My Store After Deletion?

    No, once a store is deleted, it cannot be restored. Please consider this carefully before proceeding.


    Troubleshooting: Unable to Delete a Store
